In Dallas, we love our backyards.
Not that other area residents are dispassionate about their backyard space. We happen to live in an area where we tend to have more room behind the house and the type of weather that welcomes outdoor evening activities.
Having a residence in Dallas is not like living in a Brooklyn brownstone where a neighbor looks out a window and asks, “What ya’ cookin’?” Or a Phoenix property where you are keeping an eye open for snakes while trying to snooze in a lounge chair. No backyard hammocks in Phoenix. No trees.
