Lakeshore Drive Second-Story Addition

This Dallas family needed more space and privacy for their two teenage daughters while also adding casual entertaining space to be enjoyed by everyone.

A second-story addition added 800 square feet of for a new game room, sitting area, and library. To maximize the impact of this addition, a storage closet was added and the girl’s bathroom was updated. The main priority was replicating the details of the 1940s home like the original flooring and the custom beams in the cathedral ceiling. Our client is also a designer so much thought was put into adding outlets and electrical hookups for future design projects, saving time and money.

Stephan Sardone and our client Allison Governale talked about the project and more on our YouTube page.
