The original outside area of this home was lined with pavestone and flooded with water every time it rained. Thanks to a raised IPE wood deck, this is no longer an issue.

The doors are stand-out features of this remodel. The pass-through French casement window opens outward, creating a fun outdoor bar area, and oversized sliding doors modernize the house while providing lots of natural light on the inside.
