Whole Home Refresh with Cozy Screen Porch
These homeowners wanted a more functional kitchen, a cozy outdoor area to relax, and an updated space that better matched their lifestyle. This whole home remodel covered every space, inside and out. The home’s new kitchen was kept mostly white, with warm brass pulls and knobs and gold lighting fixtures adding elegant sophistication. We even updated the laundry room with a space-saving stacked washer and dryer to leave plenty of workspaces.
Outside, the existing porch was removed and replaced with an inviting screen porch — a cozy spot to visit with friends and enjoy fresh air and sunshine. A long-lasting and low maintenance slate flooring replaced the wood decking, and concrete stepping stones make up a charming open area to enjoy the fire pit. We also added a ceiling fan and recessed lighting to keep homeowners comfortable in any weather, any time of day.
